CrossFit 101

Our CrossFit 101 course is a comprehensive two part program. New athletes start with our 3-week series of classes. Each class will teach and review proper form and technique through various exercises. Instructors will teach each participant how to perform the majority of exercises used in our class programming and each day is not complete without a comfortably challenging workout!
The second part is a 5-week transition into our regularly programmed classes with a 3 session per week membership. The goal of this transition is to comfortably scale you into our normal class structure while addressing all your needs and goals moving forward. By the end, you will have learned and performed the basic fundamental movements of CrossFit in a small group environment. Along with fundamental nutrition concepts, injury prevention, and mobility techniques.
Regardless of your fitness level, all are welcome! There are two options for the 101 Course: Group 101 – on a set schedule. And Private 101 – on a customized schedule.

Classes are held during the week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8-9 pm.

Each class will consist of a warm-up, skill introduction and practice, and a workout designed to accommodate each individual’s ability level. Fitness nutrition will also be addressed.

At Amped we ask that you miss no more than 3 classes during the CrossFit 101 process in order to ensure that you are safe and fully prepared to enter our regular class environment!

Don’t worry! At CrossFit Amped we offer one-on-one sessions, personalized to your schedule. Private CrossFit 101 consists of 8 classes. All of the same material will be covered, just at a different pace.
