AMPED 101

Our Amped 101 course is a comprehensive program geared towards helping someone who has experience exercising or is brand new learn how to perform a specific set of exercises that we use each week in our workout programs. The purpose is to help each athlete in a personalized setting improve their fitness level, movement comprehension, self confidence, aerobic capacity, flexibility and overall fitness level. We incorporate a number of different styles of exercises and workout programs which is challenging and fun. The purpose of our 101 program is to show each athlete the potential they have, the variety in our program and the sustainability our workouts have in your lifelong fitness journey.

Classes are held during the week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8-9 pm.

Each class will consist of a warm-up, skill introduction and practice, and a workout designed to accommodate each individual’s ability level. Fitness nutrition will also be addressed.

At Amped we ask that you miss no more than 3 classes during the 101 process in order to ensure that you are safe and fully prepared to enter our regular class environment!

Don’t worry! At Amped we offer one-on-one sessions, personalized to your schedule. Private 101 consists of 10 classes. All of the same material will be covered, just at a different pace.
