At Amped we love when people drop in and visit our gym! A few things to consider when dropping in:
We are happy to modify the workout to fit your needs but do request prior experience in a circuit training gym that uses functional fitness movements. If you are a beginner, please click here!
- NOTE > due to COVID-19 all drop in guests MUST email us to book a class prior to coming to the gym. When coming to class please be ten minutes early.
- If you run late you may be asked to wait for the next class time
- Please be respectful and courteous
- We offer 3 convenient drop-in options: Single Day, 3-Day, 5-Day.
