At CrossFit Amped, we make sure that CrossFit is fun and non-intimidating. We are here to foster a community that supports and pushes each other. Our program focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It is never the same, and never boring.
New Ramp-Up / CrossFit 101 Classes Starting
Monday July 1st at both 6:00am and 6:30pm.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. But here at CrossFit Amped, our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty, is not specializing.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Not only are our coaches CrossFit certified and experienced in training, but they are avid CrossFitters themselves. They are dedicated trainers who want their clients to become faster, stronger, and better functioning athletes.
CrossFit has added so much value to all of our lives and we want you to be a part of that. CrossFit 101 is a comprehensive, month long class that focuses on core CrossFit movements to help you succeed.
