At CrossFit Amped, we make sure that CrossFit is fun and non-intimidating. We are here to foster a community that supports and pushes each other. Our program focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It is never the same, and never boring.



New Ramp-Up / CrossFit 101 Classes Starting

May 2015 Weekday On-Ramp begins: Monday 4th at 6:30pm. (class is 60 minutes)            May 2015 Weekend On-Ramp begins: Saturday 9th at 9:30am. (class is 90 minutes)

Our weekday program runs for 4 weeks meeting every Mon, Wed, and Friday.               Our weekend program runs for 4 weeks meeting every Saturday and Sunday.                  If you are interested in joining either program, please call 425-247-7963 or email us at to register.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. But here at CrossFit Amped, our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty, is not specializing.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
